BJP has appointed Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman as the convener of the election manifesto panel, while her cabinet colleague and Trade Minister Piyush Goyal will be the co-convener.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi aims for a third consecutive term and has said that the BJP will secure 370 seats out of the 543 contested in India’s Lok Sabha elections.
Union ministers Dharmendra Pradhan, Ashwini Vaishnaw, Smriti Irani and Rajeev Chandrashekhar will be members of the 27-members of the election manifesto committee.
