The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has begun investigating Oasis School in Hazaribag, which started with just 17 students in 2012 and quickly grew into a prominent CBSE institution. The focus is on the school’s rapid expansion and the activities of its arrested principal, Ehsanul Haque, who is now linked to the NEET-UG paper leak scandal.

Principal’s Role and Connections Under Scrutiny

CBI officials are examining how Haque gained the trust of CBSE to become a city coordinator for the NEET-UG test despite the school’s relatively recent establishment. The agency is also investigating Haque’s connections, including a coaching institute teacher and his two arrested associates, vice principal Mohammad Imtiyaz Alam and journalist Jamaluddin.Uncovering Financial Transactions and Travel
Haque’s trip to Bali, Indonesia, shortly after the May 5 NEET-UG test, has raised suspicions. Officials suspect the holiday, which began on June 11, was a reward for his involvement in the paper leak. The CBI is verifying his travel details, expenses during the trip, and all related bank transactions.
