Nominees for the 2025 Grammy Awards are announced today, covering a major release year that included albums from Recording Academy favorites Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and Billie Eilish. As the nominations start rolling in, from 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, we will update this story for you to follow along. You can also watch the announcements live below.

As well as The Tortured Poets Department, Cowboy Carter, and Hit Me Hard and Soft, the eligibility window, from September 16, 2023, to August 30, 2024, includes breakout years for the likes of Charli XCX and Chappell Roan, who released Brat and The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, respectively. One person unlikely to be in the mix is Zach Bryan, who reportedly withheld his music for Grammys consideration. The country singer “does not feel comfortable with awards shows making music competitive,” sources told Variety. He joins a lineage of artists to snub the Grammys—often citing institutional bias—including Drake, the Weeknd, and Frank Ocean.

Last year’s Big Four winners were Taylor Swift (Album of the Year), Miley Cyrus (Record of the Year), Victoria Monét (Best New Artist), and Billie Eilish (Song of the Year). The night also included wins for SZA, Karol G, Killer Mike, and more.
